Comprehensive performance judgment

[Reference] The project acceptance of the clean operating department should be carried out in two stages: first the completed acceptance, and then the comprehensive performance evaluation.
[Reference] Performance testing of the cleanroom must be carried out for both the completed acceptance and the comprehensive performance evaluation.
[Reference] The testing and adjustment for the completed acceptance shall be conducted in the as-built or at-rest state. The testing for the comprehensive performance evaluation shall also be conducted in the as-built or at-rest state, or as determined through consultation among the three parties: the owner, the designer, and the contractor.
[Reference] For all tests, whether for the completed acceptance or the comprehensive performance evaluation, the test state must be clearly indicated.
