Solution Overview

Complete Furniture Systems for a Working Laboratory

Pengchi’s Laboratory Furniture Turnkey Solution provides everything a laboratory is built around — steel laboratory benches, fume hoods, all-steel balance platforms, laboratory cabinets and reagent racks — under a single contract. Instead of sourcing benches, hoods and storage separately, laboratories and project owners receive one coordinated package, manufactured to one quality standard and installed as one sequenced scope.

All furniture is engineered and built in our 30,000 m² own factory. Steel structures are laser-cut, press-formed and finished with chemical-resistant powder coating, with worktops in epoxy resin, phenolic or 304 stainless steel selected for resistance to acids, solvents and heat. Factory manufacturing holds dimensions and finishes consistent across long bench runs and multiple rooms, and systems arrive on site ready for fast, clean installation.

The range follows the laboratory’s real workflow. The all-steel laboratory benches — A+, B and C Series — provide continuous work surfaces with integrated service ducts for water, gas, power and data, drawer and cabinet storage and configurable corner runs. Fume hoods in A, B and C Series give ducted, controlled exhaust for chemical handling, from standard configurations to narrow-edge and arc-shaped designs.

Storage and precision work complete the system. Laboratory cabinets cover tall lockers, reagent and container cabinets, gas-cylinder cabinets with secure ventilation and steel wall cabinets mounted above benches. Reagent racks in steel-glass, aluminum-steel and diamond-shaped forms keep frequently used chemicals organized at the bench, while the all-steel balance platform supplies a rigid, vibration-isolated level surface that protects the accuracy of analytical weighing.

Our turnkey scope covers space planning, shop and coordination drawings, in-house manufacturing, worldwide logistics, installation supervision and staff training, supported by complete documentation — CE marking, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, material certificates and third-party test reports. Download the solution PDF and catalogue for the full range and specifications, or send us your floor plan and equipment list: our engineering team will configure the complete laboratory package to your project on one coordinated timeline.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about laboratory configuration, fume hood integration, materials and project support.

The solution covers five laboratory furniture series: all-steel balance platforms, fume hoods, laboratory cabinets, reagent racks and all-steel laboratory benches. Together they provide the complete working, storage and exhaust infrastructure for medical, chemical, physical and research laboratories, supplied and coordinated by one manufacturer.

Yes. Layouts are designed around the laboratory’s work — chemistry labs require more fume hoods and reagent storage, metrology or analytical labs need vibration-isolated balance platforms, and preparation rooms emphasize bench and cabinet space. Our engineering team configures bench runs, hood positions, service ducts and storage from your floor plan and equipment list.

Fume hoods are ducted to the laboratory exhaust system with dampers and service isolation, and benches include integrated service ducts for water, gas, power and data with shut-off points. Coordination drawings for HVAC, ductwork and utility connections are provided so the furniture integrates cleanly with the building services.

Benches, cabinets and racks use precision-formed steel with chemical-resistant powder coating and 304 stainless steel where required, with worktops selected from epoxy resin, phenolic or stainless steel for heat, acid and solvent resistance. Gas-cylinder and tall cabinets include secure fixing and ventilation appropriate to their contents.

Analytical balances are sensitive to floor vibration, air movement and level changes. The all-steel balance platform provides a rigid, vibration-isolated, level surface with a stable footprint, protecting measurement accuracy. Platforms are positioned away from hoods, doors and high-traffic paths during layout planning.

Every package is delivered with CE documentation, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, material certificates, installation and operation manuals and third-party test reports. We provide installation guidance, on-site assembly support and staff training, with responsive after-sales service and spare parts for the full product lifecycle.
