(1) Communication system.

1) Hands-free intercom system and its equipment. Telephones inside the operating room must not connect directly to the outside; they may only be used between operating rooms and between an operating room and the nurses' station. External communication of the operating department (within the hospital) is handled solely through the gatekeeper's duty room or the nurses' station.

2) Wireless communication equipment is not permitted in clean operating rooms, so as to prevent radio waves from interfering with electronic components and causing medical accidents.

3) The broadcasting system is shared with music playback; it can play various kinds of music and, at the same time, broadcast notices and paging calls.

4) The clean operating department must be equipped with an information network system, and information points must be installed at the following locations: each operating room (Class Ⅰ operating rooms should have 2 points), anesthesia preparation rooms, offices of anesthesiologists and nurses, nurses' stations, recovery rooms, drug storage, blood station, physical and chemical room, etc.

(2) Video monitoring and teaching system.

1) For teaching observation, the camera system records the various conditions of the surgical process and transmits them to the observation room (audiovisual classroom, conference room) for students or experts to observe, study, and exchange ideas; this controls the entry of personnel not directly involved in the operation into the operating room, reducing cross-infection factors.

2) With the development of information and digital technologies, signals can be transmitted via the Internet outside the hospital for remote consultation.

3) When necessary, the surgical process is recorded as research material and as a basis for adjudicating medical disputes, and the surgical process can be shown to the patient's family.

(3) Automatic control and automatic regulation devices.

1) Intelligent tracking regulation of the clean air-conditioning system is implemented, mainly including the display of temperature, humidity, air volume, the degree of filter clogging, and the static pressure difference of each clean room within the operating department.

2) Automatically controlled equipment in the clean operating department must be reliable, stable, and long-lived; in particular, passive components must be sensitive, accurate, and fast-responding; the circuits should be digital circuits with good stability and strong anti-interference capability.

3) The fire alarm system should be connected to the building's fire control center. If a fire occurs in another part of the building, the operating department should, as far as possible, not lose power because of it.

4) The clean operating department is equipped with a security camera system networked with the building's security system. PJ1 = 8.26kW
