I. Project Overview

Operating room area: 2290m².

Number of operating rooms: 18.

Cleanliness classification: 3 Class I rooms, 8 Class II rooms, 7 Class III rooms.

Special construction: 4 shielded operating rooms.

II. Floor Plan Layout

(1) Design type. Waste recovery type (the central corridor is designed as a clean corridor, and the outer corridor serves as a waste corridor).

(2) The operating department spans two floors.

Lower floor: equipped with men's and women's changing rooms, a nurses' station, a medical staff work area, and 7 operating rooms.

Upper floor: 11 operating rooms.

III. Air-Conditioning and Purification System

(1) Fresh air units. Fresh air is treated centrally.

(2) Recirculation units. Operating rooms adopt a one-to-one configuration; the clean corridors and auxiliary rooms on the third and fourth floors each use one unit.

(3) Units. Reheating uses electric heating, and humidification adopts electrode humidification.

(4) Automatic control system. In summer, a humidity-priority control mode is adopted: signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the opening degree of the automatic water valve on the chilled water pipe to control the dehumidification amount; then the DDC controls the electric heating amount to control the supply air temperature, so as to meet the constant temperature and humidity control requirements. In winter, signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the temperature by adjusting the opening degree of the automatic water valve on the hot water pipe, and sends a signal to the electrode humidifier to control humidity.

IV. Indoor Air Distribution

Operating rooms adopt top supply, bottom return, and top exhaust air distribution; corridors and auxiliary rooms adopt top supply, top return, and top exhaust. Mechanical constant air volume valves are installed on the supply air branch pipes of the operating rooms, air volume control valves on the return air pipes, and electric two-position constant air volume valves on the fresh air branch pipes. The supply air outlets of the operating rooms are centrally arranged above the operating table, with the air outlet surface fully covered with high-efficiency filters. Return air is arranged at the lower parts on both sides of the room. Each room has an exhaust outlet at the top, connected to the main exhaust fan via an independent exhaust fan for discharge.
