I. Project Overview

Scale of the operating department: 2160 m².

Number of operating rooms: 10.

Cleanliness classification: 1 Class Ⅰ room, 2 Class Ⅱ rooms, 7 Class Ⅲ rooms.

Others: Class Ⅳ clean corridors and auxiliary rooms.

II. Floor Plan Layout

(1) Design type. Waste recovery type (the central corridor is designed as a clean corridor, and the outer corridor serves as a waste passage).

(2) The operating rooms are located on the third floor, provided with a nurses' station, the head anesthesiologist's office, doctors' offices, men's and women's changing rooms, etc.

III. Air-Conditioning and Purification System

(1) Air-conditioning system. Fresh air for the operating rooms is treated centrally.

(2) Recirculation units. Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ operating rooms adopt a one-to-one configuration, while Class Ⅲ operating rooms adopt one-unit-for-two-rooms and one-unit-for-three-rooms configurations.

(3) Units. The units use dry steam humidification, with steam as the reheat source.

(4) Automatic control system. In summer, a humidity-priority control mode is adopted: the signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the dehumidification capacity by adjusting the opening of the automatic water valve on the chilled water pipe; then the DDC controls the supply air temperature by adjusting the opening of the automatic steam valve on the steam pipe, so as to meet the constant temperature and humidity control requirements. In winter, the signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the temperature by adjusting the opening of the automatic water valve on the hot water pipe, and sends a signal to the dry steam humidifier to control the humidity.

IV. Indoor Air Distribution

(1) The laminar flow boxes of all operating rooms are centrally arranged at the top center, with HEPA filters fully covering the supply area.

(2) Return air at the lower part on two opposite sides.
