I. Project Overview

Operating room area: 3520m².

Number of operating rooms: 13, including 7 obstetric operating rooms and 6 family planning operating rooms.

Cleanliness classification: 7 Class Ⅲ rooms and 6 Class Ⅳ rooms.

Others: LDR rooms and the central supply room.

II. Floor Plan Layout

(1) Design type. Waste recovery type (the central corridor is designed as a clean corridor, and the outer corridor serves as a waste corridor).

(2) The operating department is located on the fourth floor; the delivery-room operating rooms and their anterooms, as well as the LDR rooms, are located on the third floor; and the central supply room is located on the second basement floor.

III. Air-Conditioning and Purification System

(1) Fresh air units. Fresh air is treated centrally, while the delivery-room operating rooms adopt independent all-fresh-air purification air-conditioning systems.

(2) Recirculation units. The obstetric operating rooms adopt a one-to-one configuration, and the family planning operating rooms adopt a one-to-two configuration.

(3) Units. The air-conditioning water system is a four-pipe reversed-return system. Electrode humidification is adopted for air-conditioning humidification.

(4) Automatic control system. In summer, a humidity-priority control mode is adopted: the signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the dehumidification capacity by adjusting the opening of the automatic valve on the chilled water pipe, and then controls the supply air temperature by adjusting the opening of the automatic valve on the hot water pipe, so as to meet the constant temperature and humidity control requirements. In winter, the signals from the temperature and humidity sensors are transmitted to the DDC, which controls the temperature by adjusting the opening of the automatic valve on the hot water pipe, and sends a signal to the electrode humidifier to control the humidity.

IV. Indoor Air Distribution

(1) The laminar flow units in all operating rooms are centrally arranged at the top center, with HEPA filters fully distributed.

(2) Return air is provided at the lower part on two opposite sides.
