(1) Construction of the clean operating department shall be carried out after the civil engineering work is completed and the site has been cleaned.

(2) Construction of clean operating rooms shall follow a defined sequence of procedures; dust-generating operations during system installation shall be avoided, and when installing HEPA filters or air supply terminals, dust-generating operations must be avoided.

(3) The construction procedure for clean operating rooms is shown in Figure 12.1 (other auxiliary rooms may refer to this procedure).

Completion of the main structure, positioning of exterior doors and windows → Re-checking reserved openings / Checking embedded pipelines → Dividing spatial zones and coordinating cross-trade operations → Floor waterproofing, cushion layer in place, leveling → Positioning of large equipment / Pipelines of various trades constructed in sequence according to coordinated elevations and spatial positions →

Inspection of pipelines, cleaning, pressure testing, leak detection, insulation → Repairing and sealing openings → Cleaning before concealment, concealed work acceptance, sealing and covering → Construction of the envelope structure, reserving installation positions for equipment such as instrument cabinets / Positioning of interior doors and windows → Cleaning of interstitial chases → Positioning and installation of suspended equipment bases and hangers →

Ceiling → Lighting installation → Completion of ceiling, walls and floors → Joint sealing → Indoor cleaning → Installation of indoor equipment and furnishings → Thorough cleaning → Equipment trial run, air blowing →

Indoor cleaning and air purge → Installation of terminal HEPA filters and accessories → Sealing of air supply outlets → Indoor sanitation treatment → System coordination → Opening air supply outlets for adjustment and testing → Completion acceptance → Comprehensive evaluation → Handover for use
